Overcoming Fear

From Overwhelmed to Overcomer: Navigating the paralyzing grip of fear and "worst-case scenarios."

Course Description

Fear often dictates the decisions of a solo mom, leading to compromises we wouldn't otherwise make. This course validates the reality of your "worst-case" thoughts while introducing the reliable strength of a God who "upholds" you—meaning He provides a firm grip when you feel you are falling.

Transformation Goals

  • Feel: A shift from heart-pounding panic to a settled sense of being supported by a "righteous right hand."
  • Know: That God is the All-Powerful (Omnipotent) source of strength who is present regardless of your bank balance.
  • Do: Identify specific categories of fear (scarcity, rejection, or loss) to create distance between your feelings and your actions.
